Hello Everyone,

One of the customer installed Tm1 with CA for Single Sign On with IntegratedSecurityMode=5, SSO works only in the Server machine for tm1web but in client machine tm1web always shows the login screen.

Any reason why?? and what could be the fix?? any help is apperciated

The problem is, SSO is working for tm1web in Server Machine but for the same user in Client Machine tm1web prompting with the login Screen, SSO not working. Anybody is having any suggestion on how to narrow down the issue to fix??

We fix it.

You need to double-check(refresh) all the settings of IIS.
there are suspicions that some of the paratmers have been updated for them, which leads to colisees
