Asking to those who bought a license through IBM Partner.
Do you have access to the below and able to download the latest Planning Analytics Local software?

This depends on which model you purchased the software.

If you purchased under the "SPP" model (Support-Providing-Partner) then the customer will not have direct access to download software via Passport Advantage nor to directly raise support tickets. As under the SPP model these services are provided by the IBM partner. The rationale (which is sensible) is that IBM support is not bothered by "how to use" questions or spurious bug reports as the SPP should know what they are doing and hence when a support ticket is submitted it is a real issue and the SPP knows how to prepare a test case, etc.

If you didn't purchase under SPP then the "site contact" for your IBM customer ID will have access via PA to download software and submit tickets. IF you are not the site contact then you need to find out who is and ask them to authorize you as a delegate.
