TM1Web - Home page with shorted links not working

Hi People,
I have TM1Web 10.2.2 with an URL added that leads me to a reset password action (web page with a "Perspective" application)...
The issue is as described:
The URL i used firstable had ALL the description...
http:\\mxs00052:9510\tm1web\URLApi.jsp#Action=Open&Type=Websheet&TM1Server... etc..etc... (Inlcudes user and password used)...
So, what I have done is to short the URL by google instead of the large URL, also, the user and password and everything is kind of "encripted" within the URL sherted, it is likely: https:\\goo.gl\1A3UV75
The issue is that the home page in Internet Explorer shows the "page" with the reset websheet for about 2 seconds, then shows a blank page.
If I access with Chrome, it works fine, shows ALL time the websheet and I´m able to do what ever I need with the websheet access...
I need the SHORTED url works with BOTH browsers, so I need to solve the Internet Explorer 11 issue with this shorted URL...
Hope you may have any idea what should be done...
Regards...
