Hello,

I have an issue with TM1 Web. It was working yesterday, no changes were made to any configuration files, but it does not work now after the restart.

I added a new dimension to TM1, recreated several cubes and updated the websheets. Yesterday, when I started to test the changes, I got an error in TM1 Web "Cannot find the dimension". The dimension exists, I test as an admin, and all websheets work in Perspectives. I thought web service restart might fix an issue, but after the restart I can't open TM1 web at all. The error is "This site can't be reached. Refused to connect."

TM1 is accessible in Perspectives, and the instance I am using is available.

I am lost... Are there any log files that can be reviewed?

An Update: It looks like web service is not starting for some unknown reason.

Is the port for TM1-Applications used from another application?
Do you try to connect from localhost? If not: is the network-config (Firewall, ...) changed?

If the port was the same, TM1 instance would not start together with another instance, and I see both in Architect.
I am not accessing from the localhost, but from the admin server. Nothing has changed since yesterday.

I don't mean the port of the TM1-Server. I mean the port of the Application-Server. Usual 9510.

And of Course something changed. Otherwise you wouldn'T ask why it isn't working.

Nothing has changed, and IBM was not able to resolve the issue. It was a reinstall and applying exactly the same configuration. Works.

There is still a problem with the dimension that is not readable on the websheet in TM1Web, but available in the views.
