Hello All,

Can some one please help with below info:

we have subsidiary in mexico, They can access TM1 web if we give FQDN(domainname.net) on the link

http://servername.domain.NET:9510/tm1web/

But when we change ClientCAMURI and ServerCAMURI with FQDN as below shown single sign is not working . Please let me know if you need more info to help me since I am new to TM1

ServicePrincipalName=tm1_dev/servername.domain.NET@domain.NET

Before change
ClientCAMURI=http://servername:80/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp
ServerCAMURI=http://servername:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch

after change :
ClientCAMURI=http://servername.domain.NET:80/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp
ServerCAMURI=http://servername.domain.NET:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch

as soon as above change is made for ClientCAMURI and ServerCAMURI , single sign on not working but sub can access TM1 with ID and password.

should I need to add FQDN(domainname.net) in any other place ?

Check your BI settings, like trusted domains...

1. What do you mean by " single sign is not working"? The login window appears? Is there any errors?
2. Does this error occur on BI portal (server.domain.com/ibmcognos)?

Hello All,

Its giving me below error when trying to log in to TM1. Can any one please help.
AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces.
