Hi there

When we try an open tm1 web (http://localhost:9510) we get a Tomcat error message saying "The requested Resource is Not Available".

Any ideas why? We have never used web before, so not sure if this was always a problem

We are running Tm1 10.2.2 and FP6. In Cognos configuration, the Admin server and Applica server are shown as running.

Have you tried http://localhost:9510/tm1web? The application server runs Contributor, Ops Console and TM1 Web on port 9510 - you need to specify TM1Web after the url and port.

Yes, I did indeed try http://localhost:9510/tm1web

This is actually where I go the error message

I thought of this post from Lotsa from a while back. You may need to extract the tm1web.war file if the folder is blank/incomplete.
