Unable to see rule editor

I have my VDI (Citrix Virtual Desktop - Client) and I can see the rule editor when I login and but not able to see if I am directly login to windows server where TM1 admin server is configured.
Please help me to identify the issue. Thanks in advance.
TM1 Version: 10.2.2

Is your TM1 application configured to use the Advanced Rule Editor?

Yes we have enabled Advanced Rule Editor.

The Advanced Rule Editor has not been officially supported by IBM since 10.1. However, there are a bunch of tech notes on IBM Support on this topic. Try this one and see if it is of any help:
