There are a few similar posts on the forum around text wrapping/not-wrapping, behaving differently with freeze panes, without, having to use the autofit button etc. Unfortunately, none of these that I have found seem to help my situation.
I have an activeform where users can type a load of text into one of the columns. Text wrapping is on and after entry and a refresh within Excel using perspectives, the text is wrapped and slightly within a row that has been adjusted to accommodate the wrap text, up to what looks like a maximum height of 38.25
On TM1Web (10.2.2 FP4) however the rows do not seem to adjust at all and you get something that looks like:
All the data is in the cell/TM1, per lower part of screenshot. You can use the column autofit but depending on the text, the column gets extremely wide.
I have tried with wrapping, without wrapping, shrink to fit, freeze panes on/off/columns/rows, removing all styles, etc. etc.
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to format around it for TM1Web?

Active Form Word Wrap on a Websheet may work (it did for me) in TM1Web if the following conditions are met:
Row Height is set in the Active Form via Perspectives to accommodate Word Wrapping
The cells in question are set to Text and Word Wrap via Perspectives
The Active Form formatting (the hidden formatting at the top of the Active Form) is also set to Text and Word Wrap for the column(s) in question via Perspectives

Re: TM1Web Row Height Fixed (Static)
Thanks TM1inChickcago, I started out like this i.e. Text Wrapping on, Cell Format as Text but renders per my screenshot. From there, I tried the various options playing with styles, row heights etc. As I can never really be sure how much data there will be, setting the height to 75 for example may accommodate but may also just look silly with the other rows in the report - basically 5 sections each with 3 to 10 lines and content can vary drastically from one record to another.
The best I have come up with is a reasonable row height and the user can click auto-fit which obviously stretches the cell but all contents are readable.

Re: TM1Web Row Height Fixed (Static)
AFAIK, TM1 Web has never been able to dynamically alter row height to accommodate text wrapping. You always just have to set the row height to the maximum you ever intend to store in the cube cell. Text handling in TM1 has always been just an afterthought.

Re: TM1Web Row Height Fixed (Static)
I live in optimism that things change for the better with each release!
Oddly enough, just been fiddling with the report in Excel 2016 and noticed a similar behaviour i.e. chopped off text as rows have not been sized to fit.
I just hovered over one of the style on the ribbon and magically they fixed themselves. To confirm my sanity, re-ran and got the same result, changed a blank cell on one of the rows and it fixed itself again. Wondering if there is some "update" that may be turned off by TM1 until events are run or something, at least in Excel.
At this stage, going to stick with the reasonable row height and an amendment to the user guide for auto-fit when required.
