Hi TM1 masters,
Please guide how below situation can be handled.
Scenario is-
Some users(Business planners) are using TM1 application portal(contributor) in an approval hierarchy setup and some users( business super users) are using TM1 web for input to all the nodes which are part of approval hierarchy.
e.g Nodes- approval hierarchy
Total
Node1
Node2
Node3
1. user1- belongs to group having access to 'Node2' & 'node3'- only input from application portal
2. user2- belongs to group having access to 'Total' node and all other groups as well. He is a superuser who needs to login to web to access INput views and edit for all nodes.
But when he logs in to web, he is not able to edit until he goes back to contributor and takes ownership on total level . he can only edit those nodes for which he takes ownership even when he has access to all nodes.
I think it works like this but still is there any other way where he do not need to go back to contributor to take ownership as it is an additional step for them.
Also, we wanted that when superuser will edit in web then that time no other business planners can edit application. But if superuser will edit- it means all the nodes are open only.
Please guide. we cannot make Superuser as 'ADMIN'. need any other way.
Thanks.
