Team,

I uploaded the tm1 prespectives sheet to tm1web applications but when i tried to open it prompted the error as attached.

Steps for trouble shoot.
I restarted the tm1web server but no response.
I re uploaded the prespectives file but still same error.

Did you test with a smaller file, each time deleting stuff until the file opens. What you deleted last will be your culprit.

You can try clearing the cache and refreshing the page by holding shift and then clicking the refresh icon to the right of the address bar.
