View Extract error message cannot create

I have a user trying to create a View Extract based on values in the cube greater than 5,000,000. After setting the operator, numeric limit, and dimension elements, an error message "Cannot create new view object" is received after clicking OK to return to Subset Editor. I have checked the user's security to the cube and dimensions. All are set to READ. Other users with same security do not receive the error.

That's strange, but honestly, this functionality is very little used in TM1.
So an approach based on Turbo Integrator or even MDX statements will probably be better.
