Error while downloading sheets through TM1 Web

Hi All,
We are using Cognos TM1 web so that users can download sheets created through perspectives. Users are advised to export the snapshot of the sheet.
But while taking the export users are getting an error (Error Occurred) and after pressing OK again pop up comes with same error. This error comes multiple times and after that sheet gets downloaded.
We have tried the same excel sheet across our DEV and QA environment as well. And there we are not receiving any error. Sheets are working fine.
