Please help, report can't be open after updating SSL

We have recently updated SSL and overall it is good. But for some tm1 web reports, they can't be opened at all and there is an error in the log,

TM1.Blob CommitDeferredFileCommand - BLOB_FILE_CLOSE is pending all blob readers to drain out. Any updates will not be fully committed until this happens or the server is shutdown.

The mouse is just keeping spinning in tm1 web and finally error pops up in the web with the error above in the server log.
Any idea?

It looks like we are falling into this bug

I did found similar error in our server log for the reports which can't be opened.

DEBUG 2015-10-28 22:19:32.951 TM1.Blob FreeMemory - Blob
"AFR2C_ListeSalSSAff_CDG_20150320150134.xlsx" has open file
handles, closing now. This will flush and pending writes to
disk.

Did you try deleting the report and re-publishing?

Yes, I tried. Still doesn't work. They work fine in perspectives. And I can see TM1 try to save the report file back to Externals folder with same file name but xlsx$ extension.

And I can see the size of dump and phd files in TM1 installation folder increased a lot when the issue is happening.

So, just deleted all unnecessary sheets which are created by someone and problem solved.
