We are currently running TM1 10.2.2 FP3 on Windows 2008 servers, and I am researching upgrade to FP6.
Is there a single document anywhere that lists known problems or issues in version FP6?

Of course IBM is not going to provide you with a document "the official list of problems with our software".

I also don't see why anyone here should go out of their way to hand feed you a list of issues by investing their own time and effort compiling a list (unless they have already undertaken the effort for their own purposes and are happy to share). If you have a look around here it should not be too hard to spot a few largish issues.
