Is TM1 free available for Local Windows7?

Is TM1 free available for Local Windows7 so that user can install small server/tm1 and perspective/cafe in windows7 and practice or get to know the software better?

TM1 Free? I don't think IBM allow those 2 words to be spoken in one sentence. You can download evaluation copies of the software from their website but that's about it. You don't have to put license key in when installed the likes of perspectives but if you do so without a license agreement in place you are installing an illegal copy of the software.
