Error viewing transaction log from Ops Console

Hi we are currently running TM1 10.2.2 FP4 (64bit).
We are trying to test the latest version and having some issues.
Installation is succcessfull, in single tier.
However, when trying to view the transaction log, an error pop up.

Click on OK.

Where can I check the log for details?
