CAFE crosstab stops refereshing data

One of our CAFE users has recently reported an issue where CAFE suddenly stops refreshing data.The workbook contains of multiple sheet with a crosstab on each. All other crosstabs remain working normaly, except the corrupted one. The crosstab not only stops refreshing the data but also context dimension elements/context filter cannot be changed anymore. A new element can be selected from dimension selection tree but once the dialog is closed, the old element stays selected.
Has anyone experienced something similar with CAFE and maybe found a resolution to fix corrupted cross tab? We are using CAFE 10.2.2. FP5.
