Hi guys,
I am working on a Consolidation project on TM1 10.2.2. One of my customer wants to load data to a cube with process(My source is an .csv file). But she is not a admin user.
I set the process security as 'READ', also for the cube security is 'WRİTE'. But, even she can not start the process.
But she can work with the process is the data is loaded to a cube. The thing ı understand is, if a user is non - admin, they can not load data to a cube..
İs it right??

Re: TM1 User Types
When and where do you see this error? Is it when the user tries to run the TI? How is she trying to execute it?
Generally speaking, it is enough to have READ access to the TI process in order to be able to execute it and load data that way. It is not necessary to have any level of access to the cube or its dimensions. It becomes a little bit more complicated when the TI makes changes to security objects, but if all it does is load data then that's it.

Re: TM1 User Types
1) Is this file opened in Excel? Excel can block the file.
2) Does TM1 have acces to the file? (The TM1 service logon account)
3) What does tm1server.log say?

Would you be so kind and share how you solved it? Someone else might be having a similar problem one day. Ending a thread like that is considered bad form.AliUgur wrote:Thanks for all reply. I solved the problem
