Cognos Insight Distributed Mode

Hi:

I have an issue with Cognos Insight that I was wondering if anyone could help with. It has been newly set up on our server - I can open an application from the applications menu in 'Connected' Mode, however if I try to open it in 'Distributed' I get an error message SystemServerClientNotFound (full message attached)

I can't seem to find anything that references this particular problem when attempting to open Cognos Insight in distributed mode.
