runtime error 1004: method 'DisplayAlerts' of object '_Application' failed

Hi,
we just upgrade our TM1 from 9.4 to 10.2. Now we face a problem: runtime error 1004: method 'DisplayAlerts' of object '_Application' failed.
The scenario is:
1. Open TM1 Perspective through Excel
2. Create one powerpoint file.
3. Insert one Excel table to powerpoint file. Set this excel table->Formulas->Calculation Options->Manual
4. Focus the mouse one the Excel Table. Then click F9 button
The error message shows up:
runtime error 1004: method 'DisplayAlerts' of object '_Application' failed
If I don't open TM1 Perspective 10.2, and perform the same steps above, click F9 will not triger the error. And when we have the old TM1 9.4, we never see such error.
Could some one help me to solve the problem?
One tip here: if don't set excel table->Formulas->Calculation Options to "Manual", just take the default "Automatic", the Excel table embedded in powerpoint will be calculated automatically, and no error pops up.
Best regards,
