Create hierarchy from existing dimensions using TI

Hi:

I am relatively new to TM1 and wanted to ask if anyone could please help.

I have an Excel file with just two columns, Distribution Centers (named by city) and a Manager who looks after each Center. For example:

Distribution Center-------Manager
St. Louis-------------------Ann
Austin----------------------Tom
New York------------------Ann
Los Angeles----------------Peter

So Distribution Centers will only appear just once, while managers can appear more than once as they may look after more than one distribution center. I have set up a TI that has read in the csv file so I now have a separate cube that I have called "Distribution Center - Manager Map" with Center and Manager as separate dimensions.

Also, the Distribution Centers and Managers are both separate dimensions in other cubes that serve a different purpose. I need to enable users to see which Manager looks after which Distribution Center. This needs to be held separately (for security reasons) so I wanted to add it as a separate cube with the hierarchy as

Center
|----Manager

So essentially, the original excel sheet has this data, the dimensions are mapped individually, how do I go about getting TM1 to connect it as it is in the file, Distribution Centers and Managers?

Can anyone please guide me as how to create a TI that will achieve this?

Thank you in advance

In the separate cube I would have 2 dimensions: Manager and Site. In site have site 1, site 2 etc. Then just load the data in. This obviously is based on only displaying the relationship with of the 2 with relation to data,
