TM1 over Terminal Services - Window loses focus

Hi
We have been getting an intermittent problem when using TM1 over Terminal Services v 6.0.6001.18000.
Windows seem to lose focus. Eg users were saying that they needed to press Shift-F9 twice before TM1 would recalc. What was actually happening was that the Excel window was losing focus so the Shift-F9 was going to some other application. It was only when they clicked on Excel and did the Shift-F9 again that the recalc request went to TM1.
Similarly a user said that they double clicked to launch the subset editor in Excel, but it did not appear. What has happened was that the Subset Editor had opened behind Excel so it was there but not visible. For some reason the focus had remained on Excel rather than transferring to the Subset Editor which would have brought it to the front.
There are no VBA macros involved here. This is just vanilla TM1.
We are using TM1 9.1.3 on the client and 9.1.4 on the server, but I don't think that matters too much as the issue only occurs in Terminal Services.
Has anyone experience anything similar on either Terminal Services or Citrix?
Regards
