Hello,

TM1 v.10.2.2.0.2 IF4 restarted using scheduled task.
In the morning we found that TM1 missing some views for several cubes.
Checking TM1Model directory, I found TM1Model directory structure is good including view files that missing in TM1 Perspectives.
Copying the TM1Model directory to DEV server (Same version and configuration) and loading TM1 was successful including missing views.
Restarting TM1 service on Prod server also was successful including all views.
TM1 server running on Windows server 2012 R2 which have some security related bugs .
TM1 installed on D drive. TM1 model, logs and files also on D drive. TM1 service is running with domain user with local administrator rights on the server.
No errors in tm1server.log file
Can you advice for possible root cause for such behavior?

Hi Gabi,
Did you try to upgrade to the latest FP? (FP3 i think). We had a similar problem with feeders in one of the previous versions, which was solved by upgrading to the latest fp.

Thank you for your reply.
I don't think FP3 is related to the problem.
It's more likely root cause is related to environment (Storage maintenance, Folder/files permissions..)
I already verified environment and didn't find anything.
Also, restarting TM1 solved the problem.
I was Curious if someone had such a problem and can share his/her experience

Have not seen the issue but have you tried creating a view with the same name as one of those not displaying to see if TM1 gives an error that may lead you closer to the problem/solution?
