TM1 10.2 ODBO Connection

Dear TM1 Gurus,
I am getting an error while connecting to ODBO on the TI process as "Unable to connect to ODBO Source" either local server or remote server.
I have 2 servers are in same version, it works in one server and not in the other. What could go wrong in one server.
I see a support page as below, but that do not fall under my scenario - the integratedSecurityMode us set to 1 on both servers.
