Admin Host entries disappears every time

Hello TM1 Masters,
We have recently upgraded to TM1 10.2.2 from 9.5.2. We have resources who use Citrix to log on to TM1.
From the time upgrade happened, whenever we log on to TM1 the “Admin Host” goes blank each time we disconnect from Citrix and we have to add the server names each time we log on. We use TM1 perspectives.
Can someone help to get rid of this issue with a helpful resolution/fix?
