GL data not pulling in Cubeview

Post by ICON83 »

I created a new element in a Dimension and tried to run it in a Cube view, which keeps showing up as blank. But when I drill down into the cell there's data, just not showing up in the view. I'm currently on version 10.2.

I've encountered this in the past but somehow the issue resolved itself after some time (don't remember how much time it took). It's been about a week since I've had this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

And is this new element a consolidation, a string, an N element...? Request for assistance guidelines.

Do you actually mean "blank", as in a cell with no contents whatsoever, a zero, or simply not returned when zero suppression is on? Again, Request for assistance guidelines.

What, exactly, are you "drilling down" on? What is the structure of the cube? Does it have rules? Does the view consist of consolidated or N elements? Which dimension(s) are you drilling down on?

If this new element is a consolidation, it sounds like its underlying elements are rule based and are not being fed. Have you checked the feeders of those elements?
