Cafe not connecting to server with SSO

Hi All,

We have installed TM1 10.2.2 with FP2 on distributed environment (Windows server 2008 R2 64bit). We Installed Cafe on client machines.

Now, User is able to configure the web URL in excel from IBM Cognos => Options Tab. Test Connection is successful, in the login option, user is able to see all the available servers.

When user click on the required server SSO authentication is launched successfully and when user enter SSO ID and Password, it throws the "http 500 error".

But with the same user SSO authentication, he is able to use TM1 web and contributor application without any error.

Kindly suggest steps to resolve this error.

What happens when you troublehoot the HTTP 500 error returned by CAFE as outlined by the IBM Technote 1701422 ?
