Currently i've found only 2 users who can launch PM, everyone else gets the error below;
It doesn't matter how PM is launched, both from PMPSVC and from the users PC the same error occurs. The log created spews loads of info about java stuff not being able to handle PNG files either due to rights or drive space. I have admin rights to my laptop and there is plenty of space, so neither part of that error message is valid.
I believe our issues arose after we installed an interim fix, but this is where i get stuck. I've fully uninstalled TM1 and its components, installed a base 10.2.2 (which i know works) but i still get the same message. My belief is the uninstaller isn't fully removing all it should, but i have no way to know or check that assumption.
I know others here have had the same issue, but i've not seen it resolved. Has anyone got any clues? It's already logged with IBM but i've not got very much back as yet, and we need this to work so we can manage our contributor models.

If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.
