Open a view and it automatically minimizes

Post by allico920 »

I have several colleagues who are experiencing the same issue. We are all using RDS to access perspectives as our TM1 tool. When we try to open a view from Server Explorer, it flashes on the screen and then disappears. We then have to go and reopen the view from the tool bar as if it had been minimized. This is not actually a major issue, just annoying.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this gliche before and if there is a way to fix it from happening.

Also, it happens for cases on laptops, double monitor, and single monitor.

Hello

What excatly is RDS?
When we try to open a view from Server Explorer, it flashes on the screen and then disappears. We then have to go and reopen the view from the tool bar as if it had been minimized.
We get that aswell, somtimes when we open up a cube, or a view, it minimizes it and places it on the top left corner. We have to manually re size it. Once it starts it does not stop until we we start our login session.

We are in 10.2 and it happend to us in 9.5.2, so I do not think there is a fix out for this, but a fix would be nice, because it is very annoying.

Of course lol, but if the same thing happens to me on the client side, I do not think it is RDS only.
