Updation of TM1 Ops Console

Hello All,
Please note that we have a hybrid environment having TM1 10.1.1 and TM1 10.2.0 on different set of servers,client remains at 10.1.1,we have TM1 ops console 10.1.1 installed for monitoring ,it is a distributed TM1 environment with 6 data servers and 2 admin host (hosting applications based on business units 3 data servers and 1 admin host each for both versions),we frequently move application from one data server to another (onviously within the same version) and that requires us to manually update our TM1 ops console in order to reflect the correct status of instances,the status is monitored by a 1 LS team and sometimes they raise false alarms because at times we miss out on updating the instances manually over opsconsole.
Is there a way that we can automate the server details updation over opsconsole,any mechanism that polls the server on a fixed frequency and updates the ops console accordingly,also how can we ensure that if a job (TI,view creation etc ) executes for more than a defined frequency gets timed out on its own. Please let us know your thoughts and let me know if i have not not provided sufficient information,i will try to provide that.
