TM1 Active Form error

Dear All,
I has created several of active form reports in excel sheets, but some times, when double click the consolidation element for show all of the elements, the excel stop working, with the error windows pop-up.Just like the attachment image.
TM1 version is 9.5.2 and the excel version is 2010.
