Urgent: Internal Server Error when accessing TM1 Websheet

Our users often got "internal server error" when they try to access TM1 websheet or doing work on websheet .
Is there some clue to inprove it?
BTW, where can we find tomcat (which is installed by TM1) application server config file ?
