Element security on some elements in Cognos Insight

Another strange problem...

In one application i have problem with element security on some elements when is opened in Cognos Insight. It's working as user have RIGHTS set't to NONE.
If i open this cube in Architect or if is open via TM1 WEB is working fine, with same user...

No problems also if i open in Cognos Insight with admin rights.

All rights and security dimensions are fine. Problem is just in Cognos Insight.

I'm using Cognos insight 10.2.2 in Responsibilty application.

Please help.
