Can't Access Architect But Can Access Insight

Hi.
I'm encountering an error, where I can't access Architect with an error message ""The maximum amount of login attempts has been exceeded" but the thing is I can access Insight. My TM1 is connected to the server and I already restart my TM1 Service.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
