Can't Access Architect But Can Access Insight

Hi.

I'm encountering an error, where I can't access Architect with an error message ""The maximum amount of login attempts has been exceeded" but the thing is I can access Insight. My TM1 is connected to the server and I already restart my TM1 Service.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried resetting your password?

Yes. We tried resetting it but it didn't work as well. But anyway, thanks for the help. I already found the solution. We turned off the main server, and restart the TM1 Service, changed the password again, and it worked. :)
