Hi,

I'm trying to execute a TI process in PM, but every time I get a message: "Import failed" with no further details. When trying to change something in the process, I get only "No message text found." I wonder what could be the problem? This is a Cloud based TM1 and I all I could find are the following errors from the server log (from this morning):

3924 [13] ERROR 2015-02-25 08:25:29.409 TM1.Process Process "}_intDPD_CallFeederGen_{3a7ebcb6-e997-4175-a870-7be82479271f}": : Execution was aborted. Error file: <TM1ProcessError_20150225082529_}_intDPD_CallFeederGen_{3a7ebcb6-e997-4175-a870-7be82479271f}.log> : Errors occurred during execution of process "com.cognos.pmta.feedergen.standalone.GenerateFeedersAutoRulesOnly". Check error log file for that process for more details

I tried restarting the server once but the problem continues.

Have a look inside the error log file created:

Error file: <TM1ProcessError_20150225082529_}_intDPD_CallFeederGen_{3a7ebcb6-e997-4175-a870-7be82479271f}.log>

should be in your Logs folder as specified in the TMS1.CFG file. This may give you some more insight.

Hi, thanks for your reply! The file you referred to includes only:

Error: Prolog procedure line (3): Errors occurred during execution of process "com.cognos.pmta.feedergen.standalone.GenerateFeedersAutoRulesOnly". Check error log file for that process for more details

Then there will be another log file in the same folder around the same time with the name of that process in it. Check that error log file for more details.

Ok, thanks! For some reason I cannot find a file like this, but I'll continue trying to solve the problem.

I have a very similar problem when deploying application in Performance Modeller

Any update on this , I am having same issue I am using 10.2.2 FP3 ,
But performance modeler not able to deploy the Approval hirarechy Application.

I am using 10.2.2 FP3, OS windoes 2012 server R2, I think issue is that Tm1
process not able to connect JVM,
I have set system veriable JAVA_HOME value = D:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin64\jre\7.0
