Dear all,
has anyone experience such strange things: when I scroll the bar to the bottom or right, and input one cell, and press Enter button, the screen will automatically jump back to the initial. This only happend on IE, no matter what version I try(IE9, IE11...). But for other browser, i.e. Chrome, It works well. Thanks in advance!

when I move the scroll bar on the IE browser, there is much blinking lights shown in the screen. I doube that if there is anything regarding the IE configuration need to be done?

We have faced similar issues with IE11. Did not see these issues with IE8.

Unfortunately, we can not switch back to IE8...
Does anyone know if there is an offical response/solution to this issue?
If we have to still use IE11, can we fix this issue by config IE options, thanks a lot!

I found the following known issue with the description above.

When entering a value and hitting "Enter", the page does not remain, it scrolls up to the very top of the screen.

The defect appears with web sheets but I assume that this defect addressing also your issue with Active Forms.
Would you like to have a hotsite for that or will you wait for the next fix pack?

A recent Hot Fix was provided to alleviate this Friday 2/20. I would ask IBM Support for this fix.
