Morning

under a plateform on Intel E5 processor, I have use to reorder dimension function on TM1 10.2

After that I have transform my new data base my customer who is under Xeon Processor and installing TM1 10.2

According to software we are at the same perimeters : TM1 version and Windows Version

On a same process, I have a gain of 33 % and my customer has a lost of 85 %

We are using the same database on both side the only difference is material E5 vs Xeon

Regards

Post moved to the right place.

The CPU / hardware has no impact on what TM1 exports / calculates etc apart from the speed. It would have to be something else.

thanks you for moving the post to the right place

By example launching the process during the night or during the day when user are awake could have an impact ?

Yes that will do as you have users accessing data. In the software the write function will be stacked waiting for any read functions to finish. Obviously this won't be the case at night, but this again has nothing to do with the difference in hardware.
