Urgent Help Plz,BI using service acct to connect TM1 in CAM

We have TM1 servers in 10.2.2 and BI server in 10.2.0. And TM1 servers are using CAM security without any problem. The only issue we have is when we change cognos TM1 connections in BI server using service account in Signons, it doesn't work. The BI server always uses the current BI user's credentials to talk to TM1 server rather than using service account.
E.g.
We put service account STAFF\svc with its password into the connection A's detail configure and current BI user is STAFF\john. After using connection A to create and publish a package, when we try to open it in RS, it is showing STAFF\john is accessing TM1 from TM1 TOP monitor. If we disable any access for john in TM1, then the package can't be opened in RS at all.
How can we make BI server use service account to communicate with TM1 server?
