Hello,

Sometimes (I don't know the circumstances), running a process which is supposed to clear all attributes cubes generates an error in tm1server.log.
It seems that everything is Ok for the first attributes cube, but we have a problem for the second one:

5404 [34] INFO 2015-01-29 09:52:56.308 TM1.Cube Loading body for cube }ElementAttributes_CUSTOMER_ATTRIBUTES_BUD
5404 [34] INFO 2015-01-29 09:52:56.308 TM1.Cube Done loading body for cube }ElementAttributes_CUSTOMER_ATTRIBUTES_BUD
5404 [34] ERROR 2015-01-29 09:52:56.372 TM1.Cube Aborting Unload: Failed to serialize cube '}ElementAttributes_BRAND_VAR'.

I see the error only if I have a look at the log file. The process succeded. This does not seem to have an impact. But I couldn't find any information about this error message. So I was wondering if you know about it ?

Do you have antivirus running on the system?

The error message looks to me like TM1 is trying to write out the }ElementAttributes_BRAND_VAR cube and failing.

Antivirus scanning the TM1 data directory is a common cause of file writing errors.

If not, IBM help can probably suggest some loggers to enable.
