I am a new user in this "cognos world" and therefore I'm working with the "IBM Cognos TM1: Design and Develop Models (v10.2); Student Guide Volume 2; Course Code: P8252" (maybe you know this
)I have one Problem at the point, when I link one cube with another cube. The normal linking process is fine, but if I have some members, who need to calculate its data with the linked Data, it doesn't work
.In Detail:
I have one Dimension (hierarchy) with some Members, for Example "Total Revenue" with two childs "Gross Sales Revenue" and "Franchise Fees". Both have weights "1.0" . (

In a cube with this Dimension as Rows I imported successfully the data for "Gross Sales Revenue".
It means, that "Franchise Fees" is still "0" and the value of "Gross Sales Revenue" equals the value of "Total Revenue".
Everything fine!
I can type some test data into "Franchise Fees" and the calculation (SUM) works correct! (

BUT:
Now I want to link the Data for "Franchise Fees" from another Cube. The linking Rule works, but the calculation in for "Total Revenue" doesn't work. It seems, that this field doesn't know, that I linked some Data to the member "Franchise Fee"

I tried the Buttons to "Refresh", "Automatic Recalculate" and "Auto Resize Grid" , but it doesn't work at all.
Do I need a special property? Where is my mistake?
