comments were already added on some cells in TM1 web, however, we can not find a way to delete these comments? How can the owner do if he want to delete these comments?

No inbuilt function that I know, just the option to build a web form using an Action button and have a TI running on the server, which can delete comments in the corresponding }CellAnnotations cube.
