Cognos Express Connection Failure

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this has happened to any of you in the past but this is the first time I encounter this type of issue :? . The Cognos Express (10.2) server is not working properly anymore, it suddenly stoped.
If I check services for IBM Cognos in windows services, they are all active and running. But when I try to open Cognos Express ManagerI get a replay 'Waiting for server response' after a while I get the message: "Unable to connect to a server. Either the server is down at this moment or you are experiencing network problems. Please try later".

-Architect and Xcelerator client also don't work. The applications don't even open.
I have restarted all services and even the entire box with no luck.

Please any help will be really appreciated.

I got similar issues to this after I had installed an express fix pack for 10.2. In the end I had to reinstall and install the fix pack before doing anything else. That fixed the issue,
