TM1 Operations console could not connect to server

HI,
I am running TM1 10.2.1. I have installed operations console. When I log into TM1 operations Console, I have no problem adding TM1 Server. I have 12 servers in total. However, 5 out of them could not be connected. Please advice what settings I should check. All the 12 instances resides on the same servers. All the 12 instances are up and running and I could log on via Architect.
