Problems with performance monitor

I tried to laucnch Performance monitor but failed
I launched as
"C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin64\tm1perfmon.exe" -servername CF

But the only result of it was
failed with error: The specified object was not found on the computer.

I tried different TM1 servers but without result. may be somebody knows the reason of it?

Also have you tried running from Server Explorer? Right-click on the server -> start performance monitor

Try running from CMD.exe running as an admin.

Is your server name definitely correct?

Yes I tried cmd as admin and name of server is correct

I don't want to reinstall TM1 server of course. So apparently I will live without Performance Monitor
