Hi

I have problem:
There is planning app with approval hierarchy:
Country>State>City>Shop

ex:
Country1
+ State1
+ + City1
+ + + Shop1
+ + + Shop2
+ + City2
+ + + Shop4
+ + + Shop5


1) User1 has submit rights to the State1.
2) Another user add new shop "shop3" to the state1 (from tm1 process writed by me)
3) In the planning app User1 don't see shop3 (he see shop1,shop2), until Administrator open "Menage Rights for IBZ TM1 Application" modify something and save.
How to automatically refresh security (in ex. tm1 process) for tm1 planning app?

That only relates from 10.2 onwards I think but based on this post I assume you actually are on 10.2+ and not 10.1.
