There have been lots of issues with MSCOMCTL.OCX either not being registered or old versions being registered.
Try downloading the latest copy and regsvring it in.

My office is 2010, as the resolving in the web you provided
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2597986 is the answer. But when I check the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{831FDD16-0C5C-11D2-A9FC-0000F8754DA1} it doesn't in my regedit.msc. So I can't to this step.
By the way did you have the skype for the easy communication or can you sent the email to me? My Email is ****************

Because this is your personal, free Cognos support line?
Where do I sign up for an account?

My office is 2010,
32 bit, or 64 bit? (File => Help in Excel.)
Hint: Since you're on 10.1, if you're on Office 64 bit then don't expect the add-in to work.

As you've already found that kind of request won't get you a whole lot of sympathy. The forum is a group of TM1 users who are prepared to help each other out when they have time to, not a support line where someone is sitting on the other end of a Skype connection waiting for problems to be sent to them.

People are giving you help voluntarily out of their own time. The surest way to ensure that the help evaporates like a drop of rain in the Sahara sun is exhibitions of ingratitude and/or demands for special treatment.
And it's great that you took the time to answer the question that was put to you in the previous post; that's another sure fire way to get people to spend their valuable time to help you.
I would strongly recommend that an attitude adjustment is in order if you want help from others, not just here but anywhere else on the Interwebz. This is doubly so since you appear from your e-mail address not to be an end user but from a consultancy company
which claims to offer "Strong BI/DW experience and proven success in core industries". In other words, you're asking people who are in fact actual
trained consultants not merely to help you but in effect to help you compete with them. In the circumstances a LOT more humility would be well advised.

You are right. I got it. Thanks again for your mention, and your suggestion.
