multiple condition formatting was not applied in 10.2.2 fp1

Hi
I though the fp1 on 10.2.2 would fix the issues around conditional formatting . However it seems there're still some issues around this feature . I have a websheet where 2 conditional formatting were applied to a column title(range) and they're working nicely in 10.1.1 , but simply fail to do so in 10.2.2 fp1 .
Would anyone experience the same issues in your 10.2.2 fp1 env ?
