Could anyone say what's wrong with this and what should I do?

It would be helpful if you could provide some context e.g. what you are doing when the error message appears, whether it happens every time you do that or intermittently etc.

This error occurs when i open the application.
I resolve this error. In Contributor I reSave rights on application and all is well!
