TM1 10.2.2 Application server doesn't start

Hi all!
I've got strange problem with starting TM1 Application server through IBM Cognos Configuration. It started after I've decided to restart TM1WEB. Several months everything was ok, no problems at all. But now when I click right button on TM1 Application Server in Cognos Configuration and then "Start", there is an error. It says that applixca and tm1ca_v2 aliases are already exist.
I googled about it, but all I've found is the problem with Operations console in 10.1. It's a little bit similar. There is a file cacerts in C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin64\jre\7.0\lib\security that holds all certificates. I think my error occurs when Cognos tries to update it, adding the certificate from C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin64\ssl. So I've decided to manually delete these certificate aliases from it using keytool. I've deleted them from cacerts and restarted TM1 Application, it gave me another error saying that it's adding these certificates to this file. After another "restart" I've got the same error when "alias already exists"
I reinstalled the whole TM1 several times, deleting all the foldres, but this error keeps occuring.
Could anyone say what's wrong with this and what should I do?
