Does chang in subset reflect in excel template automaticaly?

Hi,

Appreciate your possible solutions for this below mentioned requirement:

TM1 version:9.0; Excel:2003;

There are 3 different users namely U1, U2 and U3 can log into TM1 server. Each User are assigned with their respective accounts (Account dim: A1, A2, A3, A4..A10 are elements in account dim)So, for instant, if U1 user logs into TM1 then he can only see accounts assigned to him (in this case A1 and A2).So, even in excel template (classically sliced cube), U1 user can see only these 2 accounts for that cube.

Now, I have a requirement like I need to change the accounts assigned to each user on monthly basis, which I can do this in TM1 thru Groups/Client settings but question is should I also manually add a row in excel template and add this account details and then upload this template back on to server? (or) is there any procedure or TM1 function such that whenever I change the subset of the dimension it should also reflect automatically in the excel template without uploading/downloading from application folder?

It covers subnm which will pull a dynamic list of elements for you but it pays no attention to security, so it might require some extra work to limit that list to your users.
